1. Windang reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any submitted information. The scope of verification includes, but is not limited to, identification documents, proof of income, employment information, property certificates, educational qualifications, and marital status. All original documents must be provided during the review process, with copies retained for record-keeping. At any time, members must be able to provide supporting documents that correspond with their descriptions for matching purposes.

风昂有权核实所提交的任何信息的真实性。审核范围包括但不限于身份证、收入证明、工作信息、房产证、学历证、婚姻状况等。审核过程中需要提交所有原件，复印件存档。无论任何时候，会员都应当能够提供与描述相符的证明材料以用于配对目的。

2. All information provided by members must be truthful. If any false information is discovered, Windang reserves the right to suspend services or revoke membership without refund, and any resulting consequences will be the sole responsibility of the member. In the event of changes in employment, income, or other relevant circumstances, members must promptly notify WINDANG and update their information by providing valid proof.

会员所提供的资料必须是真实的。如发现有虚假信息，风昂将根据情况暂停服务或取消会员资格，而不会退还任何费用，产生的任何后果由会员自行承担。会员必须如实申报健康情况，尤其是涉及遗传类、传染类或精神类疾病。如有酗酒、赌博、吸毒等恶习或犯罪记录，需如实报告，任何隐瞒行为将导致会员资格取消。会员如有工作、收入、联系方式等任何方面的变动，必须及时通知平台并提供有效证明后更新信息。

3. Windang is committed to providing a safe, highly private 1-on-1 matchmaking service. Each member experiences different dating arrangements and relationship statuses at various stages, meaning they are not continuously in the database awaiting a match with a specific member. As a result, Windang typically requires 1-2 weeks to verify the status of both parties and carefully screen for compatible, matchable members before making a recommendation. In accordance with our privacy policy, Windang is not authorized to share any information, materials, or lists of other clients before confirming their status.

风昂致力于提供安全、高隐私度的 1 对 1 的配对服务，每个会员在不同阶段均有不同的约会安排和恋爱状态，并非始终在数据库中等待与某一位会员配对，因此风昂的配对平均需要 1-2 个星期的时间来确认双方状态，并尽可能筛选出符合要求的、可配对的会员后方能进行推介。基于隐私政策，风昂无权在未确认客户状态之前，提供其他任何客户的信息、资料或清单。

4. If no arrangements or recommendations are received within the normal timeframe of two weeks, please refrain from frequent follow-ups, as this may pressure the staff to respond to inquiries, potentially delaying the efficiency of the matchmaking process. Should a member not receive any arrangements or recommendations after more than two business weeks, they may contact the service team within the group or reach out to their sales consultant for further assistance. We will prioritize cases accordingly for resolution.

如在两个星期正常时效未收到安排和推介，请勿频繁催促，这有可能会导致服务人员迫于应付查询，而耽误正常的配对效率。如会员超过两个工作星期未收到任何安排和推介，可在群内联系服务人员或联系您的销售顾问寻求进一步帮助，我们排列优先级进行处理。

5. After a recommendation is made, members are required to provide feedback on the suggested match within five business days. If no feedback is received within this period, we will assume the member has declined the match, and the process will continue according to the matchmaking timeline. If a member fails to respond to two consecutive recommendations, their status will be adjusted to inactive.

推介后，会员应当在五个工作日内对所推介的嘉宾作出反馈，如超出五个工作日未作出反馈，我们将默认会员拒绝该次配对，并将按照配对流程和时效继续安排。如果会员连续两次未对推介作出回应，我们将会把会员的状态调整为不活跃的状态。

6. If a matched member provides further feedback, Windang will promptly synchronize information with both parties during business hours and arrange the next steps. However, after a recommendation is made, members should also allow the other party sufficient time to confirm. If the other party has not responded within three business days, the member may seek assistance from the service team in the group to help facilitate contact and expedite the confirmation process.

若收到配对会员的进一步回应，风昂将会在工作时间内尽快与双方同步信息，并安排后续动作。但相应的，在作出推介后，会员也应当预留相应的时间给对方确认，如超过三个工作日对方未回复，会员可寻求群内服务人员帮助与对方取得联系，加速确认。

7. Windang will make every effort to match members according to their ideal partner preferences. However, the objective matching criteria will be based on the partner requirements outlined in the Member Information Registration Form / Service Applicable Evaluationt Form completed upon joining. If the objective conditions are met, and a member rejects two matches based on lack of physical attraction or other subjective reasons, Windang will consider the service to have been fulfilled.

风昂将尽可能按照会员的理想伴侣要求去进行匹配，但可客观参照的标准来源于在加入会员时所填写的《会员信息注册表/服务适用评估表格》中的择偶要求。在客观条件满足的情况下，如果会员超过两次以不合眼缘或其他主观因素拒绝配对，风昂将被视为已完成了服务。

8. For formal datings between matched members, punctuality is required, and any inability to attend must be communicated in advance. If a member cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, they must notify our staff at least 4 hours in advance to allow for timely cancellation or rescheduling. Members who fail to show up or are more than an hour late will receive a warning and have their service suspended for one month. After two instances of no-shows or tardiness, their service will be terminated. To reinstate services, the member will need to pay the membership fee again. Any member with three instances of no-shows will be permanently banned from rejoining.

双方正式约见时，需守时并提前告知无法赴约情况。若因特殊情况不能按时赴约，会员需提前 4 小时通知工作人员以便协调及时取消或调整。对于失信或迟到超过一小时的会员，初次将受到警告并暂停服务一个月；累计两次失信将终止服务。若需恢复服务，会员需重新缴费办理入会手续。累计三次失信者将被永久禁止入会。

9. Without the special guidance and approval of Windang or our staff, members are prohibited from promoting or selling any products at Windang’s events or to matched members.

没有得到风昂或本公司工作人员的特别指导和批准，不得在风昂的活动或向所配对的会员宣传和兜售任何产品。

10. Without the consent of both Windang and the matched member, members are prohibited from disclosing any personal information of the matched member to anyone, including but not limited to their name, photo, occupation, or sexual orientation. If a violation is discovered, Windang reserves the right to suspend services or revoke membership without refund, and any resulting consequences will be solely the responsibility of the member.

未经风昂以及配对会员的同意，会员不得向任何人披露所配对会员个人的任何信息，包括但不限于姓名、照片、职业、取向等。一经发现，风昂将根据情况暂停服务或取消会员资格，而不会退还任何费用，产生的任何后果由会员自行承担。

11. Members are obligated to maintain confidentiality regarding the services provided by Windang. Without formal authorization from Windang, members are prohibited from disclosing the privacy of matched members, sharing or disseminating information about the purchased packages and pricing, or photographing or filming official photos or videos of Windang’s related business marks, services, or matched members.

会员应当对风昂所提供的服务履行保密义务。未经风昂正式授权，不得向任何人透露所配对会员的隐私、交流和传播所购买的套餐和价格，不得对风昂的相关企业标示或服务，以及所配对的会员拍摄官方照片或进行视频拍摄。

12. If a member wishes to arrange for official photo or video shoots, please contact our team for authorization (additional fees may apply). Any image or video capturing of Windang’s branding, services, or members that involves defamation, obscenity, insult, or is done without Windang’s authorization and is publicly shared on social media or other platforms will result in a request for immediate removal. Failure to comply or causing serious consequences may lead us to seek legal counsel.

如果会员希望安排官方照片或视频拍摄，请联系我们的团队以获得授权（可能会产生额外费用）。对风昂的标示或其他相关服务或会员进行图像或视频拍摄，如果涉及诽谤、淫秽、侮辱或未经风昂授权，并通过社交媒体或其他渠道公开发布，将被要求立即删除。如果拒绝遵守，或者造成严重后果，我们将寻求法律建议。

13. At all times, members are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate social etiquette. In accordance with local sexual harassment prevention laws, members are prohibited from harassing, in any form, other members or Windang staff (including sexual harassment). If a warning is issued and the behavior persists, Windang reserves the right to terminate services or revoke membership without a refund, and any resulting consequences will be the sole responsibility of the member. In severe cases, the matter will be referred to law enforcement for further action.

不管在任何时候，会员应当保持合理恰当的社交礼仪。根据当地的性骚扰预防法律，会员不得以任何形式对其他会员及风昂职员进行骚扰（包括性骚扰），如经警告不改，风昂将根据情况终止服务或取消会员资格，而不会退还任何费用，产生的任何后果由会员自行承担，情节严重者将移交警方处理。

14. Windang does not recommend that members exchange contact information or trust advice from the other party, especially regarding financial investments, during the first date. Members are responsible for their own personal and property safety during datings. If necessary, they may seek assistance from Windang or pursue appropriate legal measures for protection.

风昂不建议会员在首次约会就与对方交换联系方式或听信对方包括投资理财方面在内的建议。在约会期间，会员应当对自身的人身及财产安全负责，如有必要可寻求风昂及相关司法手段的帮助。

15. After a dating, members are required to provide honest and objective feedback within five business days and complete the Mutual Evaluation Feedback Form. This helps Windang enhance the accuracy and efficiency of future matchmaking. If genuine, objective feedback is not received within the designated timeframe, Windang will not proceed with arranging further matchmaking services.

约见后，会员应当在五个工作日内真实客观地对当次的约见情况进行反馈并填写相应的《互评反馈表》，以帮助风昂进一步实现精准配对和提高配对效率。如逾期未收到来自会员的真实客观评价，风昂将不会继续对后续的配对服务作出安排。

16. A member’s partner preferences may affect the number of arranged datings. Since each member’s criteria and level of popularity vary, Windang cannot guarantee a specific number of datings or success rate for every member. Windang will make every effort to arrange datings when both parties’ conditions are compatible. Actively maintaining communication with Windang’s staff will increase the chances of securing more datings.

会员的择偶标准会影响约见次数。由于每个会员的择偶标准及受欢迎程度各不相同，风昂无法保证每个会员的约见次数及成功率。风昂会在双方条件匹配的情况下尽力安排约见。积极与风昂工作人员保持沟通将有更多机会获得约见。

17. If a member has not found a partner within six months of their membership period, they must contact Windang within one month to reverify their information. Failure to do so within the specified time will be considered a termination of service.

如会员期限内，会员超过六个月未找到伴侣的，需在一个月内联系风昂重新核实资料，逾期未核实者将视为终止服务。

18. Windang is not liable for events of force majeure. In cases where services are disrupted due to natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other such events,Windang will not be held responsible.

风昂对不可抗力事件免责。如自然灾害、战争、疫情等情况导致的服务中断，风昂不承担责任。

19. If members are dissatisfied with Windang staff or services, they should first raise their concerns within the service group. If the issue remains unresolved or members are still dissatisfied, they can provide feedback through the suggestion box or the company’s complaint phone number or email. Windang is committed to sincere communication and will work collaboratively with members to address issues and make improvements to the services provided.

如有对风昂职员或服务不满，会员都应当先在服务群组内反馈问题，处理无果或不满可通过意见簿或公司投诉电话或邮箱进行反馈。风昂将会秉持真诚沟通，解决问题的态度与会员客户协商处理，并尽力改进服务。

20. All members, along with any related parties, must collectively adhere to the signed Social Matchmaking Subscription Agreement and this membership service policies. In the event of any violations, Windang reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership services based on the circumstances. For serious consequences, Windang retains the right to pursue legal action for compensation.

所有会员本人及其他相关人员均需共同遵守签订的《社交配对会员服务协议》以及本会员服务守则。如有违反，风昂有权根据实际情况暂停或终止其会员服务。造成严格后果的，风昂保留通过司法途径追偿的权利。

21. Windang’s operating hours are as follows: 风昂办公时间如下：

    Mon to Fri 星期一至星期五：AM 10:00 – PM 19:00

    Sat 星期六：NA 不办公

    Sun and Public Holiday (local) 星期日或当地公众假期：NA 不办公
