By making payment and accepting the services provided by WINDANG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be updated by WINDANG Cultural Media (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (”we“) from time to time and will be notified through appropriate means. The updated terms of use published on this website are general terms of use. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms actually signed and these Terms, the terms actually signed shall prevail. Given the highly personalized and resource-intensive nature of our services, we enforce a strict no-refund policy, as detailed below. We strongly recommend that you carefully read this policy before engaging our services.

NO REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!

All payments made to WINDANG for social matchmaking services — including but not limited to consultation fees, membership fees, event fees, and any other service fees — are final and non-refundable upon payment. This policy applies to all situations, regardless of the outcome of the matchmaking process, member satisfaction, level of participation, or any other circumstances, including but not limited to:

所有向WINDANG支付的社交配对服务费用——包括但不限于咨询费、会员费、活动费及任何其他服务费用——一经支付，即为最终款项，概不退还。本政策适用于所有情况，无论配对过程的成果、会员满意程度、参与程度或任何其他情形，包括但不限于：

1、change of mind or personal circumstances; 改变主意或个人情况变化；

2、dissatisfaction with matched parties, services provided, or overall experience; 对配对对象、所提供服务或整体体验不满意；

3、inability to attend scheduled events, meetings, or dates; 无法出席预定活动、会面或约会；

4、termination of services by the member or by WINDANG;  会员或风昂终止服务；

5、Any other reasons not expressly set out in this policy. 本政策未明确列出的任何其他原因。

HOWEVER, WINDANG implements a 6-month no-match policy.

但 WINDANG风昂执行6个月没有配对政策。

If, while complying with the signed service agreement and membership code of conduct, WINDANG fails to provide you with any matchmaking within your stated preferences within 6 months (calculated from the date our company receives all your information), you may request cancellation of your membership. WINDANG will deduct a 30% administrative fee from the membership fee and refund the balance.

WINDANG风昂执行6个月没有配对政策。如果会员在遵守所签约的服务协议和会员守则的前提下，WINDANG依你的择偶范围内，6个月未能为你提供任何配对（时间以本公司收到阁下所有资料当日为准），你可以要求取消会籍。WINDANG将扣掉会籍费用30%的行政费将余款退还。

However, this policy does not apply under the following circumstances:

但此政策不适用于以下情况：

1、WINDANG has performed part of the work, including but not limited to providing consultation services, setting up service group chats, creating personal profiles, conducting KYC verification, recommending suitable candidates in the service group chats, providing other value-added services, or other equivalent services; WINDANG已经执行部分工作：包括但不限于提供咨询服务、建立服务群组、个人档案、进行KYC核实、推荐相应人选于服务群组、提供其他增值服务或其他等价服务等；

2、you have attended at least 1 date within your stated preferences; 于你的择偶范围内，阁下曾前赴1次约会；

3、you have changed your matchmaking preferences after registration; 注册之后你曾更改你的择偶要求；

4、a matchmaking candidate within your stated preferences has been provided, and you declined to attend the date; 曾提供阁下择偶范围内的配对对象，而你拒绝赴约；

5、within the 6-month period, you have married, become engaged, or started a romantic relationship; 于6个月的时间内，你结婚、订婚或开始拍拖；

6、within the 6-month period, you have been absent from Hong Kong for the majority of the time;  在6个月的时间内，你大部份时间离港；

7、you have suspended your membership. 你曾暂停会藉。

All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you fail to receive the expected number of dates within your selected membership period, WINDANG will, at its discretion, extend your membership period appropriately or provide other services of similar nature.

所有会员费都属不能退回，亦不能转让。若你于选购期限内，未能得到应有约会次数，WINDANG将会视具体情况将阁下期限适当延长，或提供其他性质接近的服务。

Refunds will be made by cheque or bank transfer. You will receive the payment within 12 to 18 weeks after the refund is confirmed.

退款形式为以支票支付或银行过数。阁下将于确定退款后12至18星期得到款项。

Member Violations.

会员违规行为。

Members must strictly comply with all provisions of the Social Matchmaking Member Code of Conduct. In the event of any of the following violations, WINDANG has the right to suspend or terminate the member’s membership depending on the severity of the violation, and all fees paid shall be non-refundable. Any consequences arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the member:

会员须严格遵守《社交配对会员守则》全部条款。若发生以下任何违规行为，风昂有权根据情节轻重暂停或终止会员资格，已付费用不予退还，由此产生的一切后果由会员自行承担：

1、Providing false information or concealing material facts, including but not limited to untrue personal information, health status (such as genetic diseases, infectious diseases, mental illnesses), bad habits (alcoholism, gambling, drug abuse), or criminal records, as well as failing to promptly update changes in employment, income, contact information, and other relevant details;

提供虚假信息或隐瞒重要事实，包括但不限于不真实的个人资料、健康状况（如遗传病、传染病、精神疾病）、恶习（酗酒、赌博、吸毒）或犯罪记录，以及未及时更新工作、收入、联系方式等变动信息；

2、Disclosing to any third party the personal and private information of matched parties, including names, photos, occupations, sexual orientation, etc., without the consent of both WINDANG and the matched party;

未经风昂及匹配对象双方同意，向任何第三方泄露匹配对象的姓名、照片、职业、性取向等个人隐私信息；

3、Harassing (including sexual harassment) other members or WINDANG staff in any form, where a warning has been issued and the behavior continues or if the circumstances are severe.

以任何形式对其他会员或风昂工作人员进行骚扰（包括性骚扰），经警告仍不改正或情节严重者。

Compliance with Signed Contracts

遵守已签署合同

By engaging our services and making any payment, you agree to be bound by the terms of the service contract signed with WINDANG. Such contract expressly sets forth this no-refund policy and your acknowledgment thereof. Any refund requests will be evaluated solely based on the terms of the signed contract, and no exceptions will be made outside the contract terms.

一旦选用我们的服务并支付任何费用，即表示您同意受与WINDANG风昂签署的服务合同条款约束。该合同明确列明了本不退款政策及您对此的确认。任何退款请求将仅依据已签署合同的条款进行评估，且不会在合同条款之外作出任何例外处理。

Compliance with Applicable Laws

This no-refund policy is intended to comply with the requirements of the applicable laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Should Hong Kong law expressly provide for specific refund rights or consumer protection measures, any refund requests will be handled strictly in accordance with such legal provisions and the terms of your signed contract. WINDANG reserves the right to reject any refund requests that do not comply with the contract terms and the legal obligations of the relevant jurisdiction.

Our social matchmaking services require substantial time, expertise, and resources, including personalized consultations, carefully curated matchmaking, profile creation, and ongoing member support services. Once services are initiated, these resources have been fully committed, and related costs have been incurred on your behalf. Accordingly, we are unable to offer refunds or partial refunds for any services rendered or payments made.

I. Fundamental Principles.

WINDANG is committed to providing professional and high-quality social matchmaking services to its members. Given the highly personalized, customized, and resource-intensive nature of the services, once a member signs the agreement and makes payment, WINDANG immediately commits comprehensive resources for service initiation, including but not limited to consultation time, staffing, background verification, and resource coordination.

WINDANG风昂致力于为会员提供专业、优质的社交配对服务。鉴于服务的高度个性化、定制化及资源密集型特点，会员一经签约并支付费用后，风昂即为启动服务投入包括但不限于访谈时间、人员配置、背景核实、资源协调等综合资源。

The member understands and agrees that WINDANG has pre-invested comprehensive resources, including but not limited to consultation time, venue usage, staffing, marketing and promotion, administrative management, and opportunity costs, prior to signing the agreement and initiating the services. Once incurred, such costs are irreversible regardless of any subsequent actions taken by the member.

会员理解并同意，风昂为签订协议及启动服务，已预先投入包括但不限于访谈时间、场地使用、人员配置、营销推广、行政管理及机会成本等综合资源。上述成本一旦投入，不因会员后续任何行为而可逆。

II. Circumstances Eligible for Refund

二、可退款的情形

1. WINDANG has not provided any services. 风昂未提供任何服务。

If, within 30 days following the effective date of the agreement, WINDANG has, for reasons attributable solely to WINDANG, completely failed to provide any services to the member (for example, failing to conduct any form of interview or communication, failing to arrange service group chats, failing to assist in creating a member profile, failing to conduct any background verification, failing to arrange any matchmaking recommendations, failing to arrange any other value-added services or equivalent services, etc.), the member has the right to request termination of services and apply for a refund. The refund amount shall be the total fees paid by the member, less actual necessary costs incurred.

若风昂在协议生效后30日内，因风昂自身原因完全未向会员提供任何服务（例如未进行任何形式的访谈沟通、未进行服务群组安排、未帮助会员建立档案、未进行任何背景核实、未安排任何匹配推荐、未安排其他增值服务或其他等价服务等），会员有权要求终止服务并申请退款。退款金额为会员已支付的全部费用扣除实际发生的必要成本后之余额。

Special Note: Once WINDANG completes any of the following actions, the services shall be deemed to have been substantively initiated, and this clause shall no longer apply:

特别说明：一旦风昂完成以下任一行为，即视为服务已实质启动，本条款不再适用：

• Conducting any form of preliminary interview or communication with the member; 与会员进行任何形式的初步访谈或沟通；

• Initiating background verification or information review procedures; 启动背景核实或资料审核流程；

• Recommending any matchmaking candidates to the member; 向会员推荐任何匹配对象；

• Arranging any form of meeting or date for the member; 为会员安排任何形式的会面或活动；

• Providing any personalized consultation or advice to the member; 向会员提供任何个性化咨询或建议；

• Establishing corresponding service group chats for the member; 已经为会员建立相应服务群组；

• Assisting the member in creating a personal profile; 已经帮助会员建立个人档案；

• Arranging other value-added services or equivalent services. 已经安排其他增值服务或其他等价服务。

2. Circumstances otherwise provided for by law. 法律另有规定的情形。

If the laws of the jurisdiction where the services are provided expressly grant consumers statutory refund rights, WINDANG shall strictly comply with the applicable laws. However, for the portion of services already enjoyed by the member, WINDANG has the right to deduct the corresponding service fees on a pro-rata basis.

若服务提供地法律明确规定消费者享有法定退款权利的，风昂将严格按照适用法律执行。但会员已享受的服务部分，风昂有权按比例扣除相应服务费用。

III. Circumstances in Which No Refund Shall Be Given

三、不予退款的具体情形

In any of the following circumstances, all fees paid by the member shall be non-refundable, and WINDANG shall have no obligation to provide any form of compensation, extension, or alternative service:

在下列任一情形下，会员已支付的所有费用均不予退还，且风昂无义务提供任何形式的补偿、延期或替代服务：

1. Violation of the Member Code of Conduct 违反会员守则

Members must strictly comply with all provisions of the Member Code of Conduct. In the event of any of the following violations, WINDANG has the right to suspend or terminate the member’s membership depending on the severity of the violation, and all fees collected shall be non-refundable. Any consequences arising therefrom shall be borne solely by the member:

会员须严格遵守《会员守则》全部条款。若发生以下任一违规行为，风昂有权根据情节轻重暂停或终止会员资格，已收费用不予退还，由此产生的一切后果由会员自行承担：

Providing false information or concealing material facts, including but not limited to untrue personal information, health status (such as genetic diseases, infectious diseases, mental illnesses), bad habits (alcoholism, gambling, drug abuse), or criminal records, as well as failing to promptly update changes in employment, income, contact information, and other relevant details;

Disclosing to any third party the personal and private information of matched parties, including names, photos, occupations, sexual orientation, etc., without the consent of both WINDANG and the matched party;

未经风昂及匹配对象双方同意，向任何第三方泄露匹配对象的姓名、照片、职业、性取向等个人隐私信息；

Harassing (including sexual harassment) other members or WINDANG staff in any form, where a warning has been issued and the behavior continues or if the circumstances are severe.

以任何形式对其他会员或风昂工作人员进行骚扰（包括性骚扰），经警告仍不改正或情节严重者。

2. Frequent or Unreasonable Rejection of Recommended Candidates by the Member. 会员频繁或不合理拒绝推荐对象

If the member rejects matchmaking candidates recommended by WINDANG without reasonable grounds, or if the rejection behavior is excessively frequent, WINDANG shall be deemed to have fulfilled and completed all matchmaking obligations under the agreement, and the fees shall be non-refundable.

若会员无合理理由拒绝风昂推荐的匹配对象，或拒绝行为过于频繁，则视为风昂已履行并完成协议全部匹配义务，费用不予退还。

3. Early Unilateral Termination of the Agreement by the Member. 会员提前单方解除协议

The member may not unilaterally terminate this agreement prior to the expiration of the membership period. If the member terminates early without cause, such action shall be deemed as a voluntary waiver of all unused rights and services, with no refund of any kind; concurrently, WINDANG reserves the right to demand the member’s continued performance of the contract or compensation for all losses.

会员不得在会员有效期届满前单方解除本协议。若会员无故提前解除，视为自愿放弃所有未使用权益及服务，不获得任何退款；同时风昂保留要求会员继续履行合同或赔偿全部损失的权利。

4. Automatic Termination of the Agreement Due to Expiry of Membership Suspension Period. 暂停会籍超期导致协议自动终止

Diamond or VVIP members who apply for suspension of membership (each membership type allows only one suspension application, for a maximum of 3 months) shall have the service agreement automatically terminated if the suspension exceeds 3 months.

Diamond 或 VVIP 会员申请暂停会籍的（每类会员仅可申请一次，最长 3 个月），若暂停超过 3 个月，服务协议自动终止。

Upon termination of the agreement, if the member has established a romantic relationship with a recommended candidate, the service purpose shall be deemed achieved, and fees shall be non-refundable.

协议终止时，若会员已与推荐对象建立恋爱关系，视为服务目的已达，费用不予退还。

5. Failure to Actually Meet for Reasons Not Attributable to WINDANG’s Fault. 非因风昂过错导致未能实际见面

If WINDANG has made its best commercial efforts to arrange meetings within the validity period, but the actual meeting fails to take place due to reasons attributable to the member (such as refusal to attend, change of itinerary, loss of contact, inability to be contacted, etc.) or other factors beyond WINDANG’s control, WINDANG has the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate the membership, and the fees paid shall be non-refundable.

若风昂在有效期内已尽最大商业努力安排会面，但因会员自身原因（如拒绝出席、变更行程、失联、无法联系等）或其他非风昂可控因素导致未能实际见面，风昂有权自行决定终止会员资格，费用不予退还。

6. Member’s Failure to Complete KYC Verification Within the Specified Period. 会员未在规定期限内完成 KYC 认证

The member must complete the WINDANG KYC verification process and submit all required documents within 7 days of purchasing the plan.

会员须在购买计划后 7 日内完成风昂 KYC 认证流程并提交所需文件。

If the member fails to complete the process within the specified period for reasons attributable to the member, such failure shall constitute a unilateral breach of contract, and WINDANG has the right to terminate the membership, with all fees paid being non-refundable.

若因会员原因未按期完成，构成单方违约，风昂有权终止会员资格，已付费用不予退还。

7. Other Breaches of Contractual Obligations by the Member or Actions Detrimental to WINDANG’s Interests. 会员其他违反合同义务或损害风昂利益的行为

If the member breaches other obligations under the agreement (including but not limited to interfering with WINDANG’s normal operations, poaching or hiring WINDANG’s current employees, inciting other members to withdraw from membership, or harming WINDANG’s reputation), in addition to bearing the corresponding liability for breach and compensation, all fees paid shall likewise be non-refundable.

会员若违反协议内其他义务（包括但不限于干涉风昂正常经营、挖角或聘用风昂在职员工、煽动其他会员退会、损害风昂声誉等），除承担相应违约赔偿责任外，已付费用同样不予退还。

IV. Pre-Incurred Contracting Costs 签约成本已预先发生

The member acknowledges and agrees that WINDANG has already incurred costs and expenses equivalent to approximately 25% of the total contract value at the time of contracting (including preliminary communications, background verification, resource coordination, etc.), and such amount shall not be claimable for refund under any circumstances. This provision is intended to explain the reasonableness of this policy and does not constitute any form of refund basis.

会员确认并同意，风昂在签约时已支出合同总额约 25% 的费用与成本（包括前期沟通、背景核实、资源协调等），该部分资金在任何情况下均不可主张退还。此项说明旨在解释本政策之合理性，不构成任何形式的退款依据。

V. Governing Law and Exceptions 法律适用与例外

This refund policy shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the services are provided. If local laws and regulations expressly confer upon members statutory refund rights or consumer protection rights, WINDANG shall strictly comply with the legal requirements and the terms of the service contract signed by both parties. Beyond such statutory circumstances, WINDANG shall not accept any refund requests.

本退款政策遵循服务提供地的法律规定。若当地法律法规明确赋予会员法定退款权利或消费者保护权益，风昂将严格按照法律要求及双方签署的服务合同执行。在此等法定情形之外，风昂不接受任何退款请求。

VI. Refund Method and Processing Time 退款方式与处理时间

For refunds that meet the conditions set forth in this policy, the refund shall be made by bank transfer to the bank account designated by the member.

符合本政策规定之退款条件的，退款将通过银行转账方式支付至会员指定的银行账户。

The refund shall be processed within 8 to 12 weeks after final management approval (the specific timeline may vary depending on the payment channel).

退款将在最终管理层批准后的 8-12 周内完成处理（具体时间可能因支付渠道不同而有所差异）。

Handling fees charged by banks, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other financial channels during the refund process shall be directly deducted from the refund amount by such channels, and WINDANG shall not bear the relevant costs.

退费过程中由银行、支付宝、微信支付等金融渠道收取的手续费，由该渠道从退费金额中直接扣除，风昂不承担相关费用。

VII. Policy Acknowledgment and Contractual Priority 政策确认与合同优先

By choosing our services and making any payment to WINDANG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this refund policy and the signed contract. We urge all clients to carefully read the service agreement before proceeding, discuss any questions with our team, and seek independent legal advice if necessary, in order to fully understand this policy.

一旦您选择我们的服务并向WINDANG风昂支付任何费用，即表示您已知悉并同意本退款政策及已签署合同的全部条款。我们敦促所有客户在继续前仔细阅读服务协议，如有疑问可与我们的团队沟通，并在需要时寻求独立法律意见，以充分理解本政策。

Important Notice: This document is the official published general refund policy statement. The specific rights and obligations shall be governed by the paper/electronic “Social Matchmaking Membership Service Agreement” signed between the member and WINDANG, as well as applicable laws. In the event of any inconsistency between this policy and individual contract terms, the contract signed by you shall prevail.
